The new 500sqm store is an elegant and unique beauty playground that includes a prominent Beauty Hub towards the front, offering in-store services, from makeup applications to premium skincare treatments with Dermalogica and ELEMIS, Benefit’s Brow Bar, and Dyson dry style services.
The store environment includes bespoke concept furniture and self-serve kiosks, giving Westfield Stratford City customers access to nearly 340 brands and SEPHORA’s own private label, SEPHORA Collection, in an environment that offers unrivalled customer experience.
With nearly 40 years of experience in retail design and delivery and a proven track record of creating unique retail experiences in both the UK and abroad, rpa:group was appointed by SEPHORA to help deliver the Westfield White City store and was retained to provide design support and cost and project management services for the Westfield Stratford store.
The expansion is an indication of SEPHORA’s broader strategy to establish a significant footprint in the UK’s beauty retail market, with the new Stratford store poised to become as much of a major beauty destination as the Westfield White City store.
