You will have experience from early planning stages through to full handover of the completed project, working closely with our QS teams, you will need to carefully manage project costs.
You will be a well-organised communicator who can work autonomously with the interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and to work effectively within a project team.

rpa:group are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (ideally RICS qualified) with Construction Consultancy based experience to join our Middlesex office.

This role requires a degree of flexibility as you will undertake a full range of activities including cost management, cost planning, feasibility studies, providing contract and procurement advice, risk management, value management and cost advice & report writing.
With a dedicated and reliable approach, you will have a minimum 5-years experience (including post-contract experience) and ideally be proficient in using estimating software and BIM. You will also have general knowledge of current legal and regulatory developments in respect of construction and associated law.
We are looking for a well-organised, effective communicator who can work autonomously with the interpersonal skills to liaise with clients. Project management experience would also be an advantage.
