We currently have an opportunity for an ambitious, experienced professional Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Our work is mainly in the Retail, Hotels, Hospitality, Residential and Commercial Office sectors, we have a growing order book including some international projects. One of our key features is that we have Project Management, Cost Management, Architecture, Design and Branding under one roof.
This is a role that requires a degree of flexibility and teamwork, you will be responsible for preparing fee bids, all aspects of project by project financial control and an element of business development.
With a dedicated, flexible and reliable approach, you will have a broad range of experience and ideally be RICS qualified with a formal Quantity Surveying qualification, however, this is not essential as experience is the key.
You will also be a well-organised communicator who can work autonomously with the interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and to work effectively in a team.

Reporting to an Architectural Team Leader, you will be working across various sectors including retail, F&B and hospitality, developing drawing packs for our clients, so previous experience in some or all of these areas is required.
This is a technically focussed role suitable for a highly motivated and professional individual; you will be a well-organised communicator who has the interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and to work effectively in a team.
