New location for PVH Corp’s UK HQ

The new 9–storey office block with 111,765 sq. ft of office space is situated at One Wood Crescent, beside the Television Centre in West London. It has been constructed by Laing O’Rourke up to a Cat A fit out, and includes a ground floor reception and multiple terraces throughout the building, offering far–reaching views over Hammersmith Park and the surrounding White City area.

PVH Corp. is parent company to brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, and has leased the top five floors of the new building as its new UK headquarters, totalling 50,000 sq. ft of office space. rpa:group was appointed by PVH Corp. to undertake the Cat B Fit Out, providing a range of architectural, project and cost management services.

Within the new premises, Floors 5 and 6 will be the trade sales floors for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands respectively. Floor 7 will be known as People’s Place, a hospitality area where clients can be entertained, and staff can take coffee breaks and lunch. This floor also has an external deck for BBQ’s and outdoor entertaining. Floors 8 and 9 will accommodate workspaces.

The move has allowed the incorporation of high-tech sales floors, with digital theatres and a recording studio, high-end offices and excellent entertaining and catering facilities.

Work commenced in March 2023, with PVH’s presence at Television Centre helping to further enrich this vibrant atmosphere.
