With interiors branding developed by our design studio, the concept had to accommodate high traffic flow and include clearly defined queuing and serving areas, as well as food preparation areas and cold rooms. The resulting design includes a clean and bright colour palette, incorporating vibrant lime green wall tiles, large format informative graphic wall treatments, contemporary pendant lights and timber slat ceilings and easily updatable menu boards.
Our Project Management Team has been ensuring that the design has been replicated correctly in the physical environment, and has been overseeing the construction, cost management and delivery of this within demanding timeframes, with the entire project needing to start and be completed within the school’s summer vacation period.
