The twenty four original mechanical and electrical risers that service each floor, including the basement, are being upgraded in order to improve their performance.
rpa:group is providing all Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Programme Development services, to ensure the project is completed efficiently, on time and within budget. Works are already underway and are expected to take six months to complete.
