rpa:group worked with The Perfume Shop’s property team on an extensive new concept transformation, to provide sensory experiences to help customers discover a new way of choosing perfume.
rpa:group undertook the provision of surveys, construction drawings, statutory approvals and PD services, with design sign elements of the stores that feature an Instagrammable chandelier with an eye-catching floral design, and the re-use of perfume bottles in displays, to highlight the in-store Bottle Recycling service.
The store experience encourages customers to browse perfume in a new, innovative, interactive way, with technology and fun at the core of the sensual experience.
