brief

insight

The new four- and three-bedroom family houses required various challenges to be overcome, such as fully utilising the space on a relatively small site and overcoming delays and material shortages due to the pandemic. The homes all benefit from secure parking spaces at the front of The Halley, and each have their own private gardens, with new landscaping and trees to create a haven of peace and tranquillity for the residents.

Internally, the fixtures and fittings are high spec with individually designed kitchens and bathrooms, generous ceiling heights, engineered oak timber flooring to ground floor, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen and hallways and luxurious carpets to bedrooms. Sustainability and environmental impact have also been taken into consideration, with high quality, double-glazed windows, zinc cladding, top quality insulation and solar panels mounted on the roofs.
