rpa:group were responsible for the architectural consultancy and project management for the refurbishment of Iris Brook House for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity at London Bridge.
The project involved delivery of 18 flats in various configurations, providing 77 bedrooms together with associated welfare facilities for students.
The flats are located on the doorstep of Kings College London within easy walking distance of a thriving Borough Market and the River Thames. All bedrooms overlook a landscaped courtyard and many of the upper flats have good views over the city with the Shard featuring prominently on the skyline.
