Citadines is one of the brands of the Ascott Limited Group, one of the world’s leading international lodging owner operators. Various properties acquired by Ascott Ltd. Group are requiring a complete renovation to include an updated and contemporary design, and to bring them in line with the current and future market standards.
rpa:group was appointed to deliver a Berlin hotel, with 116 keys and the refurbishment of the reception and communal areas, including a gym. The scheme required the development and monitoring of a master program for implementation, execution and completion. The project required a substantial value Engineering process, in order to ensure that the design elements met the upfront set budgets.
The entire scheme was effectively managed by rpa:group’s multilingual Architect and Project Manager, who were able to effectively communicate with client, General Contractors, sub contractors and authorities, in English, German and Polish.
