rpa:group were appointed by Glenman Corporation at RIBA Work Stage 4-6 as Lead Architectural Consultant, Principal Designer and BIM Information Manager on the scheme, which is being delivered in BIM Level 2, to enhance the collaboration process and facilitate improved coordination and communication between all disciplines across the supply chain.
The design fully utilises the corner setting and establishes a prominent form to contribute in enhancing the character of the area, with a façade that will be animated by striking metal balconies. Other elements such as bespoke brick detailing will provide texture and compliment the surrounding architectural vernacular.
In addition, landscaping will include newly planted hedgerows and a low perimeter brick wall to further enhance the streetscape.
Work is progressing well on site. with completion anticipated to be in spring 2024.
