rpa:group appointed as architects on large scale residential scheme in Croydon

rpa:group has been appointed by Kind & Company, to work as their preferred architects on a large scale residential scheme in Croydon, South London.

Kind & Company is a highly regarded principal contractor serving London and South-east England, drawing on the expertise of many regular subcontractors, to deliver a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects for the region’s healthcare, education and commercial market sectors, as well as housing for registered social landlords and private developers.

The location is listed as Waddon Sites C & F off Purley Way, and forms part of the Waddon Masterplan. With total construction costs of circa £12M, site C will consist of a six-storey block of 58 flats, while Site F will be a 3-storey block, accommodating 11 flats.

Possession of the site is expected in July 2017, with completion anticipated in February 2019.
