rpa:group is proud to have been chosen to provide a range of architectural services to support this vision. We have been engaged to carry out initial measured surveys and provide test fit designs for the space. We have developed these designs into a working drawing set for the client to interrogate and to allow for submissions to landlords, Building Control and the Local Authority for approvals. Upon achieving those approvals, we have assisted with the tender process to allow for a General Contractor to be appointed along with other specialist consultants and sub-contractors. We are working closely with Coffee Kings construction manager Carl Bennett and the chosen general contractor Sim Fit Out, to produce what will be an asset to the local coffee community in Halifax.
