Projects range from the conversion of large volumes of excess space procured from circulation spaces into workspace, to the refurbishment and or development of new offices with up to 56,000 USF (usable square feet). Some include the additional challenges of managing regulatory heritage approvals for listed buildings.
Clients range from freelancers to Fortune 500s, all with diverse workspace needs that have been procured for them by the WeWork teams across the world. Requirements can range from a single desk to fully configured offices, and from hourly to long term arrangements. It is this flexibility and understanding of the diverse needs of their clients that has accounted for WeWork’s ongoing global success.
