Kingsmill Studios

architectural guardianship

rpa:group were responsible for the guardian architect role for the forward funded development of Kingsmill Studios in Huddersfield.

insight

The project is a 98 bed scheme, comprising of 90 self-contained studios and 4 two-bed apartments. There is a gym and cinema as part of the complex. It has been undertaken by an independent developer. rpa:group’s role was to work closely with the developers team, to ensure the project was delivered to meet the ESP brand standards. On completion, the project was purchased by ESP and added to their portfolio.
