holiday inn express

south london hotel transformed

brief

rpa:group’s architecture division and TNV construction were responsible for the renovation and extension of the Comfort Inn Hotel, situated in South Lambeth, in order to upgrade the hotel to a Holiday Inn Express.

 

insight

The work involved the creation of a fifth storey, which added a further 24 bedrooms to the building. All of the new rooms were fitted with top of the range bathroom en-suites. The ground floor restaurant area was also enlarged significantly.

result

The new hotel is now able to offer 100 bedrooms in total and the refurbishment has enhanced it, to be in line with the Holiday Inn Express standards.
