With an ongoing housing and land shortage in the capital, Fruition Properties is part of a pioneering solution to deliver new homes by building upwards on existing structures, with the creation of four new apartments in London’s upmarket South West suburb of Putney.
Located along the Upper Richmond Road, this unique development has been innovatively created on top of an existing residential block, thanks to an ‘Air Rights’ planning permission. rpa:group was appointed as Lead Designer with responsibilities including adhering to planning and building control and overcoming various challenges, including Asbestos removal.
Accessed via a communal stairway, the collection of one and two-bedroom apartments are specified to meticulous standards, boasting contemporary design and a high specification throughout. This includes bespoke kitchens, stylish bathrooms, white dune oak timber flooring to all hallways and reception rooms and under floor heating throughout.
