This includes stripping back the external render to expose the original brickwork as well as repairing and restoring the period detail to the façade.
Full Project Management services are being provided by rpa:group, to ensure the refurbishment programme is carried out on time and within budget. Works commenced in January and are now reaching completion, with the hotel remaining open and entirely operational throughout.
rpa:group are also working on proposals to extend the rear of the building into the existing courtyard garden to create a destination dining space along with proposals to enlarge the existing bedrooms. The works are scheduled to commence in January 2021, with an expected completion date of September 2021.
