Within the next few months, Samsung aims to roll out a total of 60 Experience Stores across other European Countries. In the United States, the company already has around 1,400 stores, although most of them are essentially kiosks inside Best Buy stores.
Carphone Warehouse engaged rpa:group’s Project Management team to coordinate and oversee the delivery of the new Samsung “experience” stores. All “experience” stores have a premium look and feel, with brushed metal tables and a striking and vivid colour scheme that strongly reflects Samsung’s branding. Customers can also expect an exciting new experience, as retail and technology innovations synchronise through Carphone Warehouse’s assisted sales tool and connectivity platform.
