rpa:group commended in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2013

rpa:group has been commended in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2013, for Queen Mary’s Place in the Development of the Year category. The Sunday Times British Homes Awards invited entries from home builders, developers, housing associations, architects and interior designers within thirteen categories.

The winning and commended schemes and projects were complemented by the Premier Guarantee sponsored British Homes Build Quality Awards, recognizing and endorsing completed schemes that best achieved the creative aspirations of the architect. The Awards provide the catalyst for architects to partner with enlightened home builders to create great places to live. This was in response to the Future Homes Commission report “Building the Homes and Communities Britain Needs” (October 2012), that called for a design competition for a flexible home that could meet consumer needs and that could be replicated at scale.

All award winning and commended schemes were announced at a luncheon at The London Marriott, Grosvenor Square on 18 October 2013. The Sunday Times covered all winning and commended schemes across the 13 categories within a 12 page British Homes Awards supplement on October 20th.
