The brand, founded in 1978 by Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley, offers its customers a lifestyle concept for dressing, filled with everything from daywear for business and leisure, to glamorous evening-wear. The ESCADA brand also includes shoes, bags, fragrances, eyewear, jewellery and watches.
With various stores and concessions currently operational in the UK, the ESCADA brand is continuing to expand, with two new retail premises underway, one being on London’s prestigious Sloane Street and the other in Bicester Village. The new Sloane Street store will be located further along the same street on which an already successfully trading Escada store is situated. The Bicester Village store will see Escada taking occupancy of a new unit, with the requirement for the construction of a mezzanine level, to accommodate stock.
