The new Republic of Ireland store has an impressive sales floor size of 297 sqm and is split over two floors of a 6-storey building on the popular and central Grafton Street. It comes following the success of its expansion in the UK markets, with the aim to bring “a touch of Los Angeles wellness into the heart of Ireland.”
Alo Yoga was founded in Los Angeles in 2007 by co-CEOs and childhood friends Danny Harris and Marco DeGeorge, with a shared vision and mission “to spread the transformative power of mindfulness, movement, and wellness globally”.
The brand has become recognised and celebrated for its athleisure and fashion apparel for women and men, alongside footwear and accessories, and has a dedicated community of celebrities and influential figures worldwide.
Having helped Alo Yoga to deliver their Brompton Rd and Covent Garden stores in London, rpa:group was retained on the Grafton Street store to provide a range of Architectural services, while working closely with their internal teams locally and in the USA, and their chosen contractors.
The Dublin store will offer specially curated events and classes that include Pilates, yoga, boxing and running clubs, to deeply embed itself in the fitness and lifestyle focussed local community.
