I’m as enthusiastic today as I was over thirty years ago when rpa:group was founded, enjoying the new challenges and occasionally allowing myself the luxury of looking back at the great team we have developed and what rpa:group has achieved!

I have over 35 years of experience in technical and retail architecture, and as one of three founding members of rpa:group, my responsibilities include financial strategy and ensuring that the business objectives and strong company ethos are maintained.

With a background spanning over 20 years in the creative industry, I’ve learned to look at every challenge as an opportunity and that creativity and innovation make the impossible possible.

Manager, Communicator, Supporter and Achiever with over 26 years of retail design experience as both client & consultant. You could say I’m hardened to life’s up’s & down’s – being a passionate follower of Crystal Palace FC!

I love my creative family of the last 25 years. We’ve all come a long way as a dedicated and talented team and are looking forward to going a lot further together.

I am passionate about the Property and Construction industry, with over twenty years of experience at Directorship level. I am very driven in terms of making a business successful, by ensuring client satisfaction, delivering quality, building safely and ensuring team motivation at all times.

Having worked in the design industry for over 15 years, I found my niche in the retail sector. Outside of work I can be found either in a studio rehearsing with my band, or in the sea (attempting) surfing!

With over 20 years in the industry, I have a drive for problem solving, with a focus on client satisfaction. As an All Blacks fan I love watching N.Z. on the sports field, & anyone who can beat Australia!

With over 15 year’s professional HR experience in a variety of sectors, I enjoy the challenge of working with innovative and creative teams managing, developing and implementing HR and learning and development initiatives in support of business objectives.

I have an interesting and diverse background. Having trained as a structural engineer I have worked on various schemes, including spending several years on various projects at Windsor Castle. My experiences have made me a proficient Project Manager and a strong team player.

Having worked in the built environment for over 20 years as a QS, I’ve been lucky to work with some great professionals and projects. My experience has enabled me to identify value in our projects to ensure all entities achieve a successful outcome.

I have over 20 years of PM experience working with leading retailers and fashion brands in the UK and internationally, delivering their brands within high street, department stores and airport environments.

Multilingual Project Manager and Architect with experience in planning and implementing projects in Europe and Asia. Her strong points are precision and attention to aesthetics. Her daily duties include Customer service, documentation management, coordination of consultants’ and contractors’ work. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany and is a qualified Architect by National Chamber of Polish Architects (IARP) 

I have worked in the creative design industry for over 15 years; 10 of those here at rpa:group as creative lead on projects for numerous global brands. I love the challenge of a new brief, managing the design team to deliver commercially creative schemes, and mentoring new designers who join our team.

With 25 years experience in architecture, I’ve learned to adapt to situations and technology and feel that if you stand still you fall behind.I enjoy the thrill of the challenge, and working as a team to maximise the potential of projects and people.

I’m a dedicated RIBA Chartered Architect with over 15 years of experience in the residential sector. I’m passionate about placemaking and building sustainable communities. Collaborations and communication are at the heart of my work, and closely collaborating with clients to develop their aspirations and guide them through an ever-increasingly complex planning and building regulation system.

I joined rpa:group as a graduate and have since truly adapted and advanced my skills on global retail brands. I love collaborating and passing on knowledge, while staying in tune with innovations in architecture and retail design. Outside of work, I love visiting art galleries, playing tennis, discovering boutique places for tea and capturing my travel adventures on camera!

I have worked at rpa:group for 20 years & have enjoyed playing my part in the transformation from a local architects practice to the global company of choice it is today, working across Europe delivering projects for some of the world’s leading retailers and on home soil designing educational establishments.

With 20 years experience in retail design I’m always keen to learn and pass on my experience to the team. I pride myself in building relationships based on honesty, respect & encouragement

I found my passion for architecture at a young age, thanks to an inspiring art teacher introducing me to AutoCAD at 13. I see architecture as a boundless realm of possibilities and I’m continually honing my skills and knowledge. Beyond work, I express myself through music – playing piano, guitar and I love to sing!

My passion for architecture and design was born at a very early age, when I started playing with LEGO bricks, building little houses. This continued at university, when I made architectural concept models for my projects. During my career I worked in the construction industry and commercial projects and now I look forward to growing within retail design.

I see architecture as the art of combining beauty with function, greatness of ideas with concreteness of results. I’m stubborn and thorough and think there are no limits to creativity! Throughout my career I experienced numerous learning opportunities, which helped me grow professionally. With rpa:group, new challenges await me and my team.

I’m a Spanish architect but adopted Londoner, specialising in interior architecture and product design.  I love the challenge of a new project and I’m passionate about designing and bringing to life the functional and beautiful spaces that the client envisions.

I bring with me over 25 years of marketing, advertising, pr and publishing. If variety is the spice of life, then being part of the inspiring, energetic and creative environment here at rpa:group is the Vindaloo of it all!
