James has been with the company as a Project Manager since 2005 and his new role will entail a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting with the development of strategic plans that reflect the longer-term objectives of growth within the Project Management department. This will be carried out through identifying and developing both new opportunities and strengthening existing client and supply chain relationships. He will also continue with the formulation and successful implementation of company policies and ensure that operational and financial objectives are being effectively managed.
Of his promotion, James says “I am extremely proud of the successes I have achieved with rpa:group and our valued clients over the last 12 years. The business has given me the platform to excel and grow as an individual. My new role will enable me to implement and introduce new initiatives to improve the Project Management division and organisation as a whole.”
