The Halley is a current scheme of Fruition Properties, an award-winning house builder focused on developing design-led properties within London. It has been designed sensitively, with a considered approach in order to complement the local vernacular of the surrounding area. This has been achieved through the use of a contrasting palette of red brickwork and white render, while also introducing elegant and contemporary finishes, such as zinc cladding and a natural slate roof. Photovoltaics located on the roof will help provide clean and environmentally friendly energy and residents will also benefit from basement car parking, landscaped communal gardens and private outdoor spaces.
Internally, the apartments are expansive, each with their own unique layouts. All boast high specification and contemporary interiors that include individually bespoke kitchens, underfloor heating throughout and Oak engineered timber flooring. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxuriously appointed, with virtually every bedroom featuring an en-suite facility.
Work commenced in April 2019, with completion anticipated in the spring of 2020.
