rpa:group recognises hard work and commitment from its employees to help drive growth and success for the company, and is proud to have recently promoted three members of the architecture team to associate level.

Chris Swann has 20 years of experience in the architectural design industry, finding his niche in the retail sector. He has been contributing his skills and experience to rpa:group for over 12 years, and is responsible for overseeing all work for our client Tommy Hilfiger.

With over 20 years in the industry, Terry Cowan has a drive for problem solving, with a focus on client satisfaction. It is these traits that have helped him lead his team in the roll-out and new concept development of numerous Foot Locker stores, both in the UK and Internationally.

Darryl Beck contributes 35 years of experience in architecture, spanning both retail and residential sectors. In recent years, he has been accredited with successfully delivering a number of challenging educational projects across the UK, encompassing both schools and student accommodation schemes. The announcement was made to all staff at the rpa:group’s head office in February.
